Owner & President, Brokerage & Development Services
As Owner and President of Strata Realty, Tim is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities of the company to ensure the successful lease-up or sale of our clients' properties. A licensed broker, Tim has extensive experience in real estate sales of office and industrial product, investment sales, land entitlement and land development in the Inland Empire. He assists clients with the entire development process from land acquisition to site plan layouts, financing, and the eventual sale and leasing of the end product.
Since 1985, Tim has worked in the Inland Empire as a specialist in office and industrial sales and leasing. Since starting Strata Realty, Inc. in 2001, he has leased or sold over 7,000,000 square feet of product, and is consistently one of the leading brokers in the Inland Empire. Co-star, a national inventory-tracking firm, has given Tim its "Top 10 or Top 20 Power Broker" award for the Inland Empire market every year since he started Strata Realty, Inc.
Prior to working with Strata Realty, Tim began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1988. While he was with Grubb & Ellis, he was awarded either the top industrial sales agent or top overall producer every year except one. In 1995, he was appointed senior marketing consultant / senior vice president and was personally responsible for the opening of their Corona satellite office. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Tim was associated with over 32 development projects involving hundreds of acres and over 4,000,000 square feet of office and industrial product.
Tim received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Los Angeles and attended extended real estate investment and development courses at University of Irvine. Tim is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Rita is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations; administering human resources polices, programs and practices as well as compensation & benefits; personnel management; and oversight of company and property websites. She is an extremely effective manager and brings a wide array of organizational and technical skills to the firm. Having worked in several industries, she has amassed a broad skill set enabling her to provide value-added services to the organization.
Rita joined Strata Realty in April 2007. With over fifteen years of experience in administration and business operations management, she has proven to be an integral addition to the executive team. Experienced in working with colleagues to develop a win-win team approach, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, work ethic, and a willingness to take on additional roles in an effort to drive the success of Strata Realty.

Sales Associate/Property Administrator
Jason is responsible for the day-to-day property management activities including but not limited to responding and tracking tenant service calls, vendor scheduling and negotiations, maintenance activities, insurance tracking, and general correspondence with tenants and vendors. He also communicates directly with a variety of asset owners, establishing leasing and management goals for industrial, office, and retail properties. Jason is also responsible for servicing clients, cold calling, lease and sale agreement preparation, meeting and touring clients as well as creating and distributing marketing materials.
Prior to joining Strata Realty in 2006, Jason worked within the multi-family sector as a residential manager for Arnel Management Company in Costa Mesa. During his tenure, he was responsible for the management, leasing, and maintenance of facilities for over 750 units.

Senior Associate
A part of our brokerage team, Adam is responsible for negotiations of sale and lease transactions. His role includes client relations, site selection, marketing services, market data collection, and research and feasibility studies. Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Adam specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing in the Corona and Norco submarkets. He has leased over 1.1 million square feet with a gross value of over $44 million since joining Strata Realty, and was one of the lead agents for a 10-acre multi-tenant development in Corona.
Prior to joining Strata Realty in 2003, Adam worked with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in both Sydney, Australia and Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is currently a member of NAIOP and the Corona Chamber of Commerce.

Executive Assistant
Tabitha is responsible for contract preparation, client follow up and marketing while assisting the president of Strata Realty with day-to-day scheduling and general correspondence with clients and brokers.
Tabitha has been with Strata Realty since February 2007 with over five years experience in real estate accounting. She has a strong background in customer service, accounting and property management. Prior to joining Strata Realty, Tabitha was an accountant for a property management and brokerage firm where she was responsible for over one million dollars a month in receivables and payables.
Tabitha attended University of California, Riverside where she concentrated her studies in Developmental Psychology. She is currently continuing her education in accounting and developmental psychology and is also a two time recipient of the President's Academic Achievement Award.

Property Accountant
Soledad is responsible for all accounting functions including company and client owned real estate. Her day-to-day duties include accounts receivable, deposits, cash receipts, accounts payable, disbursements, and reconciliation for all property accounts along with the preparation of all financial reports and spreadsheets. Soledad works directly with each banking facility and coordinates the daily deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Soledad has over fifteen years in real estate accounting experience with a strong background in commercial, industrial, retail and residential property management accounting. Prior to joining Strata Realty in July 2007, Soledad was an accountant for Brackenhoff Management Group, where she supervised cash receipts, accounts payables and cash management for fifteen multiple residential properties.
